Firstly, the professionalism of staff in the showroom was second to none. He was extremely helpful and honest, and made sure we selected the right product for our home.

The supervisor was also great. We had to push back our install dates a couple of times as we were running late and he was always accomodating and understanding.

Having almost 100 square metres of flooring laid whilst the family of 5 still live in the home is a job in itself.

At no time did we feel uncomfortable with them being in our home. They showed the utmost respect to us all. Their tools that were left on our patio over the weekend for the job to be finished were all left packed neatly to one side."
